Wild Harvested and with High oleoresin content. This chip is absolutely the best out of the Assam, called black, due to its visually perceptable black streaks; thick, weighty pieces and a dark color which is an indicator of it being of the finest and highest quality.
When burned, a rich, smooth, resinous smoke with a pleasant woody/spicy scent is released and one can view the black tar like substance percolate atop the chip.
