Store Policy

We ship world wide using the United States Parcel Service (USPS), and by customer request, United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). All our orders are prepared and packaged after receipt of cleared payment.
If you are paying by Credit Card, it takes two business days before payment is cleared by our Credit Card Processing Center. Depending on the amount of orders, your order will be shipped within 24-72 Business Hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday or National Holidays) after Cleared Payment, using the method of shipping service you selected.
Please Note; If you choose Priority Shipping or Express Mail Shipping service, you are only paying for the USPS Mailing Service, not for expediting your order at our packaging department, i.e. your order will be sent within 24-72 Business Hours after receipt of Cleared Payment, in the order our customer orders came in.
If you need Rushed/Expedited Service within the Bazaar, or need your items by a certain date, you will need to contact us at the time you place the order, and we will see how we may be able to assist you. We reserve the right to change the shipping method or service carrier depending on the destination, for the most time and cost effective shipping service. First Class Mail Service and Priority Mail Service do NOT include online tracking ability.
For domestic orders, you may purchase this optional service by adding $0.75 to your order total. International orders cannot be tracked online for these services - for online tracking on International packages, including $100 insurance, please select Express Mail Service at checkout.

We pride ourselves using a reasonably low shipping rate for domestic and international orders, that covers mainly the shipping service only. We do not support the use of very high shipping fees to make up for low product prices.
To show our appreciation for you choosing Agarscents Bazaar, we offer FREE First Class Mail shipping for orders over $100 to our domestic buyers, with the option to upgrade to Priority or Express Mail Service if you need faster delivery. The estimated time of delivery for USPS Shipping service is as follows;
First Class Mail 2-5 Business Days Priority Mail 2-4 Business Days Express Mail (Overnight) 1 Business Day (For some rural Zip code areas 2 Business Days) First Class Mail International 7-10 Business Days Priority Mail International 6-7 Business Days Express Mail International 3-5 Business Days
Please Note; Only Express Mail Service includes online tracking and $100 insurance for your order. For domestic First Class or Priority Mail orders, if you require any of these additional services, you may add $0.75 for Delivery Confirmation/Tracking Service or contact us for a quote to insure your items. The term "Business Days" means week days only, excluding National Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Most International orders will reach their destination in one week, depending on the day of the week the order was shipped. Some international orders will take up to two weeks, depending on the country's Customs regulations or local postal system. For extra fees/tarifs by the Customs, please check the rules and regulations by your country.

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISPLACED SHIPMENTS, IF YOU ARE SHIPPING VIA FIRST CLASS OF PRIORITY MAIL WITHOUT ONLINE TRACKING AND INSURANCE.
YOU MAY PURCHASE THESE EXTRA SERVICES FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE (PLEASE INQUIRE). FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, PLEASE USE EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE FOR PROTECTION OF YOUR ORDER. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST SHIPMENTS DUE TO MISTAKES BY YOUR LOCAL/NATIONAL POSTAL SYSTEM, SUCH AS POST OFFICE BOX MIXUPS, REROUTED MAIL OR MISHANDLED/CRUSHED PARCELS. FOR ALL ORDERS; WE SHIP TO THE "SHIP TO" ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION PAGE AT CHECKOUT AND SUBSEQUENT E-MAIL NOTIFICATION. NOT TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS!!
